You know, its kinda funny. Some of the vent drawings I have done turn out to be some of my better drawings. Guess it might be due to adding my whole heart-n-soul to it I am not sure. This drawing was created because at the time I had a limited trust in men. I don't necessarily hate men per-se. There are some that I am dear friends with and there's alot more to a person besides their gender. However, alot of the poor relationships I have had WERE from men. Whether it would be bad romantic relationships or bad friendships, it was hard for me to trust them enough to be a partner. And the one I trusted was in another relationship. So I kinda drew this inspired from the songs [''Lone Digger'' by Caravan Palace](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbsBEb1ZxWA&ab_channel=CaravanPalace) [I was actually very heavily inspired by the music video for its setting and outfits], as well as [''All Men are Pigs'' by Studio Killers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ob5KzB_EOqc&ab_channel=Spinnin%27Records). Cross posted this on my deviantart account. This is Kretain, a dragon deity hybrid of my other two characters Kai (dragon) and Gravedigger (deity). When they come togetehr to assume this fused form then be assured that crap has hit the fan very fast and an escape is highly unlikely. I drew this in about 8 hours, give or take a couple, through out the day. I was jamming out to one of my playlists and got super into the music, and the main song that inspired this was well, Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park. This character served aboard an airship and took on the caste title of aeronaut. So too, he or she gained considerable knowledge of their own region, having visited most barter towns, digger forts, trade outposts, farming villages and any sprawling slum cities which might exist in the area. Couldn't help myself, ended up creating a companion who works alongside Reed. Introducing: Briar the Mole! A reclusive tech-wiz who's favourite past time is snooping around and digging for useful info online, and playing competitive games from their beefed up laptop. As to how they can do everything from just their laptop is a wonder to all, although their setup has a habit of getting very... Hot. (Queue slide 2.) They're a skilled tactician who acts as Reed's informant and communications on his heists. Briar was a mercenary turned for-hire informant and data digger after leaving their past organisation to pursue a life with less action and risk alongside Reed. They specialised in weaponry, specifically as a sniper, and for hand-to-hand combat, Briar fights defensively with their fibre reinforced claws (A modification they made to themselves to allow them to burrow through steel and even concrete.) Unlike Reed who's an open book, Briar is a bit harder to read, but they express themselves much more when they're playing a game. Hopefully gonna be drawing more of them when I have the chance! I have a habit of uh... Forgetting some characters exist 👀

Besides being the local drunk or addict, this character was also likely a petty criminal, prostitute, or compulsive gambler and card cheat. The amount of trouble this troublemaker caused in their home town — and is still likely to cause should the chance arise to make a big score, splurge their earnings on hookers, drugs, alcohol and cards — is 67% likely to have followed them into their new life as a digger, mercenary or other profession.
