My boys!! My best friend and I have this lovely story about these two. The entire concept was to have a sunshine cutie character that secretly has the absolute WORST life (Owen, strawberry blonde), and his bad boy love interest, who's actually had a pretty good life (Loïc, black hair). We thought it would be funny since its usually the other way around.

Owen grew up really rough, incredibly pressure from his parents to be perfect, lots of fighting, and then eventually a divorce that they blamed on him, told him to his face it was his fault. Both parents fought over who would get Owen to live with them, not because they wanted him, but to get back at each other. Eventually Owen picked his mother and his father, an alcoholic, drank himself to death not to long after. His mother blamed him for his death. With no further incentive to keep him, his bother abandoned him at an orphanage and disappeared.
Owen spent most of his young life with few friends, but always did his best in school. Outwardly, he was perfect. Happy, bright, the biggest suck-up imaginable, the teacher's pet, the honor roll student, and yet none of it made anyone love him the way he hoped it would.
By 16, by was emancipated, unable to stand living in orphanage after foster home after temp family. He picked up a few jobs, got a cheap car, and adopted a cat. Now he's just trying to get by without going insane and giving in to the incredible amount of grief in his heart.

Thats where Loïc comes in. I'll talk about him in a different post :P

Theres not a lot to say about him except that I love him. He also loves his boyfriend

Loïc is the main love interest in Owen's story and is quite the character. His family owns a mechanic's shop which he picks up work at every so often. He's a restless kid who finds his release with music. He plays the guitar, much to his family's annoyance, but they support him. He managed to put together a rag-tag group of kids his age to play, eventually making friends of them all.

He had an easy life with a loving family, but couldn't ever seem to stay out of trouble, getting in fights with the ******* kids everywhere he went, but only because they deserve it, of course. That was his excuse, anyway. Because of this, he's bounced around schools his entire life until finally his parents gave him an ultimatum. Stop fighting and we'll put you up in the nice school nearby. He'd told them he'd do his best. It was close enough that he'd get to hang around his old band mates still and was a fresh start... What was there to complain about?

Loïc was transfered to the school Owen attends. They met first when Loïc was introduced to Owen's homeroom class and sat next to him. Loïc was eager to make friends quickly and struck up a conversation with Owen, who seemed like a really sweet guy... But Loïc could tell the smile wasn't real. This made him infinitely curious...

Ford is the Ancestor of the Simbakubwa, one of the oldest mammalian predators at 22 million years old, hailing from Kenya. These beasts stood as tall as a human, and are the predecessors to modern-day badgers.

There is or has been an Ancestor for every species, even before humans, and yet their human appearance has always been how they looked. Whatever all powerful being created them seemed to at some point decide that this was the ideal anatomy for their next species, and that species has thrived ever since. Ancestors became the blueprint for humankind, albeit weak. No one knows if there is an Ancestor for the humans, as they haven't ever seen or heard of them.

My baby boy Damien, I love him so much. He's one of my oldest OCs and has a super detailed back story lol.

Essentially all you really need to know is that he likes to cross dress, he's super shy, has a stutter, and is hopelessly gullible. Pls love him and give him a hug

Abbadon and Marshal are detectives, and new partners. Marshal dreads working with people because every partner he gets paired with doesn't work out. Its partially to do with the crime boss who took his daughter from him and is out to make his life a living hell.
This bad dream is a reoccurring nightmare for Marshal after Don gets shot by said crime boss. He lives, but he's partially paralyzed and has permanent chronic pain now. At this point, they're also romantic partners, so he struggles to come to terms with what happened.
