One of the hardest plush I made so far x_x

Another pokemony tiny~ This time the theme was for a shiny I had so I picked my garchomp cuz I love how they're so fabulous as megas haha I thought they looked kinda scary but these silly dragon-shark-planes grew on me

I love Monster Hunter, so when I was asked to do this I was really excited! I wanted to use hot vibrant colours with this since I have had a bad habit of being a little too cautious with my dull colours and pale values.. and this is a fight within a deep lava cavern x)

In an unexpected fit of inspiration for Pokemon Day 2022 I made a couple of Pokesuit designs for the heroines of the Pokemon universe.

My first candidate is Dawn who is sporting a shiny Piplup suit on a beach in Sinnoh. Whether she's after her next contest prize or is saving the region from an evil organization she's doing it in style.

Because Piplup is a penguin, an anmial that's often described as "wearing white tie", this was a fairly starightforward design, its features just expanded to fit a humanoid. I had thought about making a sort of cape as well in accordance with piplup's "tailcoat"... but for now that was as far as I wanted to go.

As the first in the series I made it off the cuff on my patterned noteblock so the quality is a bit scuffed, but it turned out nice enough as a proof of concept to get me hooked for the many that would follow.

Painted this Tlincalli (Scorpion Folk) sometime ago, but I want to start getting better about posting my projects, so we're posting it now!

With this one, I experimented with using glass varnish on the black carapace in order to make it shiny and glossy, like an actual scorpion. I think this ended up working out well, and it's a technique I'll have to remember in the future!

_I love shiny babies_. Bird dragons are always kind of hit or miss for me (or I at least feel like they are), but I cannot resist a shiny child.
I can't get over the feeling that the far wing should be visible, even though in both my refs and in my sketches it was perfectly reasonable for it not to be visible. XD Alas.

It was started been me doing for my friend ( @caticolaxd ) a pokesona (it is a mix of a Pachirisu and an Emolga shinys), but after that i decided to draw them with my pokesona (is a mix of a Leafeon and a Sylveon), so how i liked the result i decided to post it, i hope you like it too.

Have i ever mentioned how much i adore drawing octolings? Getting the tentacles to look extra shiny is a fun challenge tbh. I had a blast drawing him!
