A painting done with acrylic and watercolor on canvas depicting an artist's hand feeding a red-eared slider turtle a piece of cucumber. The hand is covered in paint splotches that match the colours of the turtle and the swirling purple and blue background paired with vibrant colours give the painting a feel of a dream or memory. Gaining the trust of such a skittish animal to a point where one is able to feed them by hand is truly a magical experience and unlike anything I've experienced before.

She's almost done guys, I'm so excited! I did say that she was gonna be finished by today, but unfortunately, something came up. I'm gonna be making dinner for my family and I'm not gonna have enough time to finish the animation. I want to get her done and over with before I start dinner though so you have little snippets of what I have planned. I love her, she's so cute, I can't wait to show you off tomorrow! I decided to paint her with watercolors and cheap acrylics I got from the Michaels store. I am gonna put a fabric choker on her So she's gonna look a little bit different next time I reveal her. This was my first time ever trying out watercolor pencils!!! They turned out to be quite fun to use, though everything takes double time to colour than it does with normal pencils. Also, fun fact: I got these watercolor pencils like two years before making this drawing and they had been untouched in the shelf until then, because I'm that much of a disaster. Anyways, my parents said this looked nice and I'm quite happy with the result, hope you guys like it too.

Started march off with a project for my intermediate watercolor class. We had to use a visible grid to paint our self portrait. Each portion of the grid had to have different textures as well. So i got to experiment a shit tone with techniques i wouldnt dare to normally do, but i had fun and learned a lot

This was a different one from paining class - the idea here was to use a painting knife for the trees... using watercolor, which is kind of odd. This is a study I did a bit ago for a school project before I decided I was gonna go to art school. It was something that solidified how much I hate using watercolors. But now that I've gone into a painting class, I dunno. Maybe I'll try watercolors again and see what happens. Just gotta find where I put my water color set. Obvious disclaimers.
