Varanus is a hot-tempered aggressor with an inflated self-esteem. He likes to smash things for fun and fights with anyone who is equal to his strength.
His closest friend is Carn. Varanus is afraid of Sabretooth and constantly mocks and humiliates him. He is indifferent to people, does not think about politics and does not care why the Autobots and Decepticons are fighting.

Carn is a rather quiet guy. He usually sits near the computer and watches earthly tokusatsu and anime. He is primarily influenced by Japanese culture. In battle, he imitates what he saw on TV. If you get him to talk, he uses Japanese words. When not watching TV series, he runs through the jungle and trains.
He is phlegmatic, believes that no one needs his interests and enjoys them alone. Cowardly and led by others. He is not against Sabretooth, but joined the pursuit out of fear of being pursued.
He is curious about Earth and especially humans, secretly dreaming of becoming a flesh and blood human, but is afraid of someone finding out about his secret.
He thinks that the Decepticons are good and the Autobots are evil, but at the same time he thinks that the Decepticons care about "planet Dirt"

I had asked on Instagram the question which dino I should draw next and the first answer was "Carnotaurus" as I have also implemented this to see is Toro from the series Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous. I really liked the Carno in the series.

Another design I finished up today! I don’t have the energy for much more than single standing poses these days but I hope you like it anyway. :’) In my infinite madness, I’ve compiled a list of constellations to work with in addition to the 88 modern constellations for Starglass Zodiac. Some were real constellations at one point but are now defunct, while some are entirely made up for this story so I could add more cool creatures. :D Aranea is the former, while Minotaurus here is the latter! In both cases I made up symbols for them to match the others.

Admittedly his colours were a bit of a struggle, but I think I pulled it off in the end. His colour scheme is similar to Leo Minor’s but with the colour hierarchy swapped around a bit. I like the similarity in theme too, as Leo Minor guards a treasure hoard, Minotaurus guards the labyrinth, and both ended up with Egyptian inspiration. His tattoos are meant to mimic the labyrinth itself.

He appears at the point in the story where Cassie has restored many of the spirits, but in doing so reveals more dark and dangerous areas of the Astral Plane itself. When Cassie first rescues Centaurus, she finds him lost in the labyrinth looking for Minotaurus. When the two of them return to the labyrinth they’re well aware of the danger, but Scorpio seems particularly reluctant to let them enter, and the three venture in together. They find and rescue Minotaurus part way through the labyrinth, and he warns of whatever lies at the centre of it.

My LPSsona/mascot, Bloom! Zhe can also be drawn with a flat chest, a chest binder, different hair, no hair, and/or different clothing.

Please note that it's impossible to genderbend zher, as zher gender is infinite. Agender is NOT the opposite of zher gender. In fact, genderlessness is one of the many ways zhe experiences zher identity. Zher gender is the Universe, and black holes/the void/the abyss/emptiness still exists within the Universe, even if it seems incompatible with everything else.

Scale75 Mystic Signs - Aquarius from their Mystic Signs Kickstarter.

My Aquarius friends (and favorite artist) requested an iridescent "gasoline puddle" inspired look when I was asking for colors to use. I think his coat turned out pretty awesome!

Aquarius here marks my NINTH miniature in this series. Check out the rest on my profile, and stay tuned for the next few months for Pisces, Ares, and Taurus (plus a mysterious thirteenth sign!).

Miniature is in 75mm scale, painted by hand with acrylics. I do not own an airbrush.

It's Taurus season

This one was a long time coming, updates to The Chamaeleon Three! It was a difficult and delicate balance to strike with editing each of these, making sure their concepts and symbol integration were strengthened while streamlining a few things as well.

Lepus’s palette and design accents are very similar to Centaurus’s right now, as I plan to overhaul Rus’s colour palette with his own tweaks later. Between the two I think it fits Lepus a bit more.

I was already happy with Lynx’s prior pose so most of that was copied over here, and overall his tweaks are slightly more subtle compared to the others.

It was just a matter of cutting back on a few things to balance the level of detail and colour placement, which was easier said than done! Chamaeleon especially, I didn’t want her to lose her neon flare when trying to simplify parts of her design, so I had to take a long break after looping back on myself too many times. I’m not sure why it didn’t occur to me earlier to combine the concept of the mottled skin of a chameleon with spray paint splatter for her, but better late than never I guess! I wanted it to be more obvious that she’s a tagger without having to rely on her holding her spray gun or paint cans all the time.

I’m not sure who got the biggest glowup between them, but I’m super happy with all three, especially the improvements in the posing and overall anatomy/structure. This was quite a few months in the making, but it’s nice to see it complete now :)
