Vincent stumbled upon an injured bounty hunter on a job, who had no choice but to let him help them. He was then taken in, as no one from outside was to know about the Agency or its personnel. It gave him a place to live, having spent about two years on the streets after he ran from an abusive household. He was trained for the Tracker role; those who help identify and locate targets for the Hunters to deal with. He was partnered with the Hunter whose life he had saved before. While on a job, a rather fragile building was blown up, causing the death of his partner and the loss of his left leg. He was forced to go back and stay within the Agency's walls until fully recovered, where he met Elizabeth, his current partner.

Canonically, Addy is not an only child. He had an older brother, Victor, who kept bullies from picking on Addy for being a heavyset kid. Unfortunately, Victor developed a rare blood disorder, and became the target for bullies. Seeing Victor get picked on made something in Addy snap and start pummeling anyone who laid a hand on him. At the direction of the school, Addy took up extracurricular boxing as an outlet for all that aggression he'd been suppressing. While Victor was left alone after that incident, he wouldn't live to see graduation or his little brother's first of many wins. ORIGINALLY UPLOADED OCTUBER 24/2022 So at the time I was thinking on project ideas to do next, and i thought... Since My last uploads were 3 original characters, I decided this time to try doing a character that already exists, something that I almost never do. So I went on looking for more obscure franchises that might not have 3D models made, and found just what I was looking for: Spades Slick, from Andrew Hussie's Homestuck. I have to admit, I was a bit astonished that Spades didn't have any 3D models made of him, considering he's one of the most popular characters of the comic, but still I went right to work as soon as I picked the target. Character is fully rigged, including the 2 weapons, the body and the face. My first facial rigging too! I'm putting this model completely free, provided credit is given of who made it. Emblem of the Scarlet Lancers, one of the terrorist factions in the IOT spin-off Multipolarity. According to the player of the Holy See, it vaguely resembles Passion iconography. "Terrorist" is actually a misnomer. From their inception to Turn 9, they basically represented the consolidated resistance movement to whatever sort of state christos200's China was under at the time. They were originally a carry-over from the faction I'd planned to craft in the short-lived WIM-IOT, their republican image little more than populism and christos simply the largest target of opportunity, but by the time I introduced the Red Lotus the following turn, they were now bona fide democrats, almost fanatical in their adherence to popular solidarity. From here on in, I played for the sole purpose of ousting christos. At the end of Turn 8, two+ wars and countless régimes later, christos up and abandoned China after he'd basically doomed the country to destruction. He gave everything to Australia, who reconstituted China as a number of independent successors, one of whom he gifted to the Lancers; and so democracy was achieved at last. Some of the players erroneously describe the new Co-operative Federation of Xinjiang as being ruled by the Lancers. While they do function as an extended civil service, they do not involve themselves in party politics. Although, I suppose one could argue that even if they're not running the government, they *are* upholding the state entire. [Friends] - none [Love interest] - none [sexuality] - aromantic / asexual [Other fact/info] - he's very keen in studying ones behavior patterns, he can tell a lot from a person just by looking at them from facial expression to body language which he takes advantage of. - he is a professional at hiding his tracks well and makes sure he doesn't leave any evidence behind. - when he kills someone he mutilates their bodies sometimes while still alive savoring every bit of pain he inflicts until they die from blood loss or shock. he slices through their flesh to such an extant where the victim cant even be identified and places them in a specific way which sometimes symbolizes flaws that he sees in their being . basically dehumanizing them. - he also goes after other serial killers as well sense he finds it very interesting on what their capable of when facing an other one of their kind. though he choses specific ones who are professional or intelligent with what they do and forces them into game where they both have to hunt and stalk each others every move to see has the upper hand in killing the other. - is very skillful in gathering information of his victims, locations and routines. - if he gets injured like for example getting shot he doesn't at all react to it, he either may not feel pain at all or it just doesn't bother him.it will still affect his body but pain will give him no reaction. - he is incredibly skilled with knives and blades, he doesn't like using guns or other similar weapons like that do to him finding it too quick of a death and messy. - stealthy as hell, and when it comes to a fight he is swift at dodging attacks and extremely fast at delivering a clean strike with his blades , since he knows body anatomy better then anyone he always targeting the places in there body where its most fatal.
