Hello.

I’m going to dedicate some time to using this account, so I’ll be slowly updating the content here. I’m not quite sure how I want to go about using the account, but I sure want this whole service to be successful.

The Membership Drive was successful and I’m really happy to have helped out. And seeing InkBlot reach it’s goal has inspired me to use it more. The whole mission of InkBlot inspired me and made me hopeful.

I use IG and Twitter to post my art. And it’s been great. But I’m feeling the pressure to keep posting. At the height of the pandemic, I was posting fan comics on IG every week. That got exhausting, and I burnt out. Perhaps I’ll chat about this more at a later point.

My goal with this account is to post more original and experimental art. I also appreciate the ability to post walls of text/blog posts. Perhaps I’ll also try to get into more of the community projects here too. I’ll end this blog on that note, with hopes that I post more soon.

So as the title suggests I've been thinking about doing commissions. I want to get a birthday gift for my mom and dad But the problem is it costs a lot to get both of them since both their birthdays are in December. So there are two questions I want to ask you guys.

What prices can I put on my commissions?

What type of art would you like to see for me?

I've been thinking about opening commissions but I didn't have to drive to do it now that I have a motivation I want to see if I can at least Give one of my parents a gift. After I'd submitted my piece for the hot spring category, I was suddenly hit really hard with the inspiration for this piece. Why did I think 'Disk Driver' was a hilarious parody of 'Baby Driver'? Who knows. But I spent several days making this poster, based heavily on the Baby Driver poster. I even hunted down the font they used. The dedication was unreal.
