Tian is a foreign resident in the City of Montevarro and participates in the "underground" parkour/fight scene as the "Second in Command" to his district's leader. And he somehow managed to do all this while attending the local university. He's someone you'll be seeing more of because he's my personal test dummy. This particular piece was made to try out a new painting style...I spent 3 hours painting his hair 4 or 5 times and still made it too curly and blue. OTL
