Drawing I made for a concept I talked about with a friend, where Kaeya's eye got Abyss Rot after his fight with Diluc.

He was able to keep it hidden under his eyepatch for a while, but the rot has been spreading for years and it getting harder and harder to cover up (and more painful/disruptive)
