"In November 2021 I was invited to participate in a book project called "Librum Prodigiosum" featuring all sorts of fun creatures from myth and lore. This was my first completed piece featuring several of the fish sighted by zoologist William Beebe in his bathysphere adventures : the Pallid Sailfin, the Three Starred Anglerfish, the Five-Lined Constellation Fish, the Abyssal Rainbow Gar, and my personal favorite, the Giant Dragonfish!"

Being about a year past when I originally created this piece I have progressed a bit further in my artistic skill; however I still wanted to start here to at least keep all of the pieces for this book in chronological order :)
