I was having some difficulties with the color of the sketch, and I feel a bit stuck with my color theory, so I decided to do some color studies.
My favorite color palette is the middle one, just because I like darker, more muted colors.
Ironically, even though the first one seems to have the least detail, it's the one that took me the longest, and I didn't even define his mouth XD
For the last one I used a photo of Prince George from England as a ref, I liked it because of all the blue tones around him, and blue is that one color I feel like I still don't use that much in my drawings.
