I messed up the coloring a bit with this one. Chemical Plant was supposed to take place during the day, meaning it was going to have a completely different pallet, but then I forgot as soon as I started coloring. To fix this, I resorted to the first section of Chemical Plant being inside the main factory part and the second section being outdoors. I think it was a good fix, but I definitely did Chemical Plant a disservice by making everything look ugly and gray. There's also a comment from Sonic in the third page that doesn't really make sense, but it doesn't really affect anything outside of this issue.
