And so it begins...While the art in this issue looks rougher than the more recent ones, I'm happy with how it looks. The only thing that bothers me is the Tornado. It didn't get the rocket upgrade until way later in the game.

I messed up the coloring a bit with this one. Chemical Plant was supposed to take place during the day, meaning it was going to have a completely different pallet, but then I forgot as soon as I started coloring. To fix this, I resorted to the first section of Chemical Plant being inside the main factory part and the second section being outdoors. I think it was a good fix, but I definitely did Chemical Plant a disservice by making everything look ugly and gray. There's also a comment from Sonic in the third page that doesn't really make sense, but it doesn't really affect anything outside of this issue.
