This came about because of the hat. I saw it in a preview for an anime, 16bit Sensation, that has since started airing and loved it. The rest of the design deviates from the character wearing said hat completely because I didn't want to rip off the character, and at the time couldn't remember what she looked like anyways. Other than that, I just had fun with some watercolor brushes I never use in Procreate and this is the end result.
