This isn't really my usual style! But I wanted to try something more dramatic for this one. I've been reading this one vampire novel, Carmilla, on and off, which might be where the vampire idea came from 🧛🏻‍♀️

I took inspiration for the composition from @/ssavaart 's (on Youtube/Instagram) series of '80s music icon portraits. His work is very beautiful, you can see his influence in how I draw curly hair as well 🫶🏻

I contemplated on whether to paint this or not for a while, but I'm glad I eventually did, it bumped the vibes up a good bit. You can see the purely inked version in the third image
