One of the first drawings I've done in months and the first traditional art I've done in over a decade. I tried to challenge myself by using only my colored mechanical pencils, which is a limited palette of only six colors.

I'm probably done for Artfight this year, but I wanted to squeeze in one last attack, because I absolutely adore this character. He's so much fun, and I adore his gremlin energy. Still practicing new techniques with alcohol markers, trying to improve. I saw an artist on youtube recommend using negative space with them as well as limiting yourself to three colors, so I wanted to try that. I'm mostly pleased with the result, but my scanner kind of...straight up eliminated the lighter colors I used, so it feels very empty. It was good practice though!
