This comic is inspired by the fact that, in canon, Maddy is 30 ("[perhaps even over 30](https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Ms._Madd)"), but she tells everyone she's "just" 23. What is it with anime villain ladies and being assigned the "being old is bad and ugly and I hate it!" character trait? Pretty sure Jesse from Pokemon's Team Rocket is the same way, and probably a lot more than that. :P

Also going to be lazy and just copy-paste the old DeviantArt description here, lol: I think most of my followers are more familiar with the MegaMan Nt Warrior anime than the MegaMan Battle Network games, so I'll explain who this is about. [Mr. Progs](https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Mr._Prog) are basically sentient programs in the cyber world! They do basic tasks on computer systems and stuff. They're not quite as advanced as Navis (for example, Progs can deal with weak viruses, but not stronger ones nor hacker Navis), but they're still very helpful to computers and humans alike. Anyways, it's a shame that Progs never got to appear in the anime, I feel like they would've fit in perfectly. ;o; So, for this art! I like the idea that Progs can express themselves just like most Navis (left pic). But I also really like the idea that they just have the same expression all the time (right pic), something about that is kinda funny to me haha. I'm not sure which one I prefer myself, I like them both. What do you think? Feel free to comment with your thoughts!

Another repost from DeviantArt! This one is so old, but I'm still really proud of how it turned out. ;u; So this was for a Valentine's Day contest, specifically with the theme of rose colors and symbolism. In this case I was focused on orange(Passion, Desire and Fierce Love) for the main color, and then pink (Sweetness, Admiration and Joy) and red (Ultimate Love, Passion and Longing) as additional colors for the palette. I remember it was so much fun figuring this out! Admittedly I still feel a little disappointed I ended up not placing into the top 3 with this entry, but hey, I gave it my best! :>

There are two pages here, just so you know! I feel like it's not always immediately obvious when there's more than one image in an InkBlot upload. :u So yeah, personal funny headcanon time! We all know Match in the dub has one of those "exaggerated Scottish accent done by a non-Scottish person". I ended up playing on that, the idea in this comic is that he's really just effectively 100% Japanese, and that the accent came from an ancestor who really was from Scotland, and from there the accent kept getting 'passed down' over generations in his family. If that makes sense? Honestly I just think this kind of idea is fun to explore lol Let me know what you think! :>

For this re-upload, I'm just gonna copy-paste what I put on the original DeviantArt submission, since it's easier that way lol "Bit of a silly one here, I just wanted to see how Match would look with various braid styles. He certainly has enough hair for a lot of fancy styles. xD Ultimately, I feel like he'd only really go with a single regular braid rather than anything fancy, like the French or Dutch style ones that start on the head. Honestly, when I had my hair longer, those kinds of styles would always leave my hair and scalp hurting, and I can't imagine a guy like Match would like that much either. e_e;"

You know what, one more set of old DeviantArt reposts, I've got a bit of time for it! I'll hopefully have more time tomorrow to post a few more. So these are the drawings I did for Drawtober 2020! If you don't know what Drawtober is, it's a drawing challenge for October, where you're given 6 prompts to draw and finish by the end of the month! Usually the prompts are posted around the start of September, to give people enough time to plan ahead. Of course you could also challenge yourself by drawing and finish each prompt within the month of October, in particular making sure to post each prompt with their specific set of days on the Drawtober calendar. Here's the [Drawtober 2020 calendar](https://www.instagram.com/p/CElNZcRDpxU/) as an example! The prompts here are, from left to right, Carvings, Wicked Apothecary, Midnight Feast, Folklore, Ancient Rituals, and Harvest Festival. With Midnight Feast I looked up a bunch of foods that are normally eating during the fall, mostly for Samhain and the Harvest Moon festival. Ancient Rituals is basically "Maddy tries a ritual to make sure she gets to play a big part in the rumored MegaMan Battle Network gacha game". The rest are probably self-explanatory, lol. Anyways, since Twitter is kinda going through its own mess right now, I'm kind of worried that I might not be able to follow the [official Drawtober account](https://twitter.com/drawtober) anymore. They have [an Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/drawtober/) at least, so I can always just keep tabs on that for next year's prompts. Not like, as an actual follower, to hell with Instagram. :P I hope they'll still be sticking around, these have been really fun to do. My sets for 2021 and 2022 even have dialog and form a whole storyline for each year, I hope you'll look forward to seeing those here too! :>

Alright time for some fun comics in between chapter uploads! Here we have Maddy and Match discussing horoscopes. :D

I could not think of a good title for this so I just, made something up, lol Anyways! Yeah, a short 3 page comic about Double Souls and Lan's strange adventures. He's a magnet for trouble. :P An aside, the whole "talk in the park" thing was from my [Maddy and Match story](https://archiveofourown.org/works/43985187/chapters/113121925). Basically Match finally decides to be a good person, and Lan happens to make sure he gets a push in the right direction. I think I may want to refine my toon style a bit more? Maybe? I realize the way I draw hands is still kinda... realistic? Accurate? Which kinda clashes with the style. And it's like, very off-putting as a result, lol. Or at least it feels that way to me. And it only really happens because my mind is like "No! The hands are wrong, use more accuracy and refs!!" which ends up overcorrecting it. Well, anyways, some practice is clearly in order. :u
