So yeah, personal funny headcanon time! We all know Match in the dub has one of those "exaggerated Scottish accent done by a non-Scottish person". I ended up playing on that, the idea in this comic is that he's really just effectively 100% Japanese, and that the accent came from an ancestor who really was from Scotland, and from there the accent kept getting 'passed down' over generations in his family. If that makes sense? Honestly I just think this kind of idea is fun to explore lol
