Fizz is a Raccoon with the power to manipulate bubbles. He can fire blasts of fizzy foam, and create bubble shields. He is also able to fill spaces with bubbles to make a sort of smoke screen.

I attempted to post a gif animation, but it didn't play back upon upload. Is this a known issue, or are GIFs not supported at this time?
