My next mythical creature. Basically a nocturnal jaguar/otter hybrid with webbed feet and no ears from Patagonia. Doing some more Monster Hunter Pokemon again. And I swear its not because Wilds just came out, I just wanted to do a Monster Hunter inspired Lugia. Normally I base these off a specific monster, but I don't know of any that match Lugia very well (I'm not extremely knowledgeable about the MH franchise) so I just picked various parts as reference.
