Yes he goes to fight with his bare chest and he's wounded here. X'D Unrealistic armor or fanservice? Maybe both? Not worse than barbarian fantasy I'd say... *cough cough*
More seriously, dark mages rely more on magical barrier and such, rather than physical armor in itself. Most of the metalic parts are enchanted anyway.
It's pretty efficient usually, but something must have gone wrong here...

And don't mess with him when he fights for his people... just a friendly advice. :D

Kawrok is the main villain of my Twilight Realm stories, old councilor and alchemist of the royal family, and currently Leader of the Interlopers who wish to join the Light World again.

He's Aruyda's father and the one who's responsible for her light shard "parasite", since he experimented on many Twili to give them resistance to light and other characteristics. He's cold and cynic, not bothering his mind with feelings and ethics, only the results of his experiments and plans counting. He's also feared for his great intelligence and calculating mind, which he uses without restrain to play with others and to control their actions. So far only Chancellor Yzei and some rare others have been able to see through his plans and to keep him at distance.

Kawrok now lives exiled on the Surface of the Twilight Realm, which is a very dangerous and hostile place full with mysteries and strange creatures, far from the floatting islands and from the reach of justice for his bad deeds. However, he always keeps an eye on the politics and main events of the floatting islands, since he has followers and eyes even in the most distant places. He also keeps on with his nasty experiments and won't miss an occasion to remind his presence like a sword of Damocles over the Twili heads.

Here’s a small romantic project/comic I made back in 2020. Valentine Day being in the corner, what’s best than sharing some sad romance? :D

**A bit of context:**

_The Twilight Realm is living very troubled times with the Interlopers being more and more active and dangerous for the floating islands and their citizens. During one of those numerous bad events, Yzei unfortunately makes a mistake that leaves him at Kawrok’s mercy._

_Instead of killing the Chancellor, the Leader of the Interlopers decides to experiment on him with a light shard for his own entertainment and to send a message to Midna and her subjects. When Yzei joins the floating islands again and is taken care of, the light shard already did great damages to his body and is killing him slowly, despite the efforts of healers and friends._

_One night, while everything seems lost, he receives a special visit of his lover Etheru…_

(And do not worry, I love happy endings. ;D Aruyda will be able to find a cure for Yzei, since she’s the only Twili who survived Kawrok’s light shard experiment).

But seriously... aren't they cute? :D I guess that even the Twilight Realm got some nice fairytales!
Xokurr and Miana have been together for a while now, it was high time for them to get on the front scene! <3 They have been friends for decades until they realized that they had more than friendly feelings for each other. They are now a happy married old couple.

And yes, totally parodying Aladdin and the "A whole new world" song, no regrets. X'D I had a lot of fun on this picture.

She's the goddess of life and creation, living afar from the other deities and known by some chosen ones only. She has an order of paladins at her service though and she's quite omniscient when she's not in one of her deep sleeps. Currently she's also part of my Zelda AUs but hides her real identity (even forgot about it a bit). For this, she got a mortal shape and mainly acts as a benevolent oracle and healer of some sort. She even got a love story with a mortal, a very sweet one for sure!

This picture was meant to be part of the other sketchdumps I'm drawing but I found it pretty and have decided to post it alone for now. xD

In the 3rd picture, she's negotiating with another deity, Lorae the god of Ragnarök who belongs to kata-kemi (on DA). Sometimes the gods have to discuss over the fate of some mortals and take the wisest decision for the future.

Meet Xhiya, an infiltration specialist / spy / assassin working for the ruler and council of the Twilight Realm. She's part of a team that will be revealed little by little.

As you can guess she's the quiet and not very talkative type but the few words she speaks are sharp like her blades and technic. You'd better not get under bad light with the ones in charge. :/

Alright, time for a bit of story between these two!

Yzei and Kawrok have known each other for some years and even collaborated. They first met when Yzei became Chancellor and was introduced to the alchemist by the royal family. Even though they were not working in the same fields, they had a mutual respect for each other (considering their talents and dedication to their work, and their great intelligence.). Therefore, the royal family and many others had great hopes in this partnership.

Alas, while people believed in the good reputation and progresses of Kawrok, this one created a small circle of Interlopers and started to work on darker projects. Seeing his projects restrained because of ethics and because the Twili feared to repeat the mistakes of the past, the alchemist had to make his experiments and researches in the greatest secret, laying his hand on forbidden magic and techniques.

However, this good façade Kawrok displayed to be at peace was soon destroyed by Yzei who discovered his true designs with disappointment. At everyone’s surprise, he put an end to all the alchemist plans at once and forced him to face consequences for his acts. Alas, Kawrok wasn’t out of resources and managed to escape, not without giving a hint about his future goals and being quite eager to see what the young Chancellor would do about it. From this day, Yzei swore to stop the Interlopers at any cost. This somehow started a very intense and dangerous kind of chess game between the two.

Meet Hamara, my very first Zelda OC posted in DA in 2010. The picture itself is a redesign made in 2017.

Hamara is a former High Priestess and later known as one of the Sages of Twilight (these are not part of the original Zelda universe, the concept was created for the purpose of this story lol).

_Long ago, before that the events of the Twilight Princess take place, the Twilight Realm was ruled by a council of the strongest Interlopers of the dimension, exactly 6 of them like counterparts of the Ancient Sages in the Realm of Light. These exceptional beings were so powerful and had gathered so much knowledge that they were considered and worshipped like deities. The Golden Goddesses having banned their kind to this dark dimension and forsaken the world of the Twili, only the Council was left to keep the faith of people and thanks to it they increased their own powers. Even though the Interlopers had brought the judgement of the Golden Goddesses upon themselves by their actions, they still needed to keep a fragile order in their tribe and to learn about their new world. For a few centuries, everything was chaotic till that these “deities” manage to pacify their kind and started to build the Twilight Realm as we know it. Their task being over, the Council decided to give its authority to one single ruler, a king or queen of Twilight that would take care of the people as their rightful monarch, generation after generation. After this, the Sages of Twilight fully merged with the Twilight dimension and embraced a kind of transcendence, totally disappearing from the scene but keeping an eye on their people from afar..._

Kementari (aka Keme or Tala) belongs to the clan of the Dark Sheikahs who are considered as renegades by their kind but are not serving Ganon like the Yiga. They were mainly rejected for their use of dark arts and necromancy, even though it was for good purposes only. They embraced this kind of magic because it was known by their ancestors and that they considered it as an inheritance to be proud of. However, they have very strict rules about it still.

Kementari was raised by the Gerudo in her very early years since her parents got killed in the desert during a mission. When she was old enough she travelled to reach her clan again and found them during their darkest hour, in serious need for help. Therefore, she decided to stay to assist them in their search for a new and safe home, which they finally found. Thanks to her skills and strength, Kementari soon became the chief of the guards in the domain of the Dark Sheikahs and she got a reputation in the other clans as well.

She's Ethyur's mother, her name is Vahyrd. :) And yes, they do look alike a lot! :giggle:
She continued her career as a Twilight Knight and sometimes even works with her son to defeat a common enemy.

Vahyrd is a strict and very focused lady, her mission to fight the Interlopers and to protect the Twili is sacred for her. This determination is praised by many and she's very respected among the Twilight Knights order. Despite her cold look, she always cares for her fellows and would be ready to die for them.

Back in 2013, I created those designs for Fierce Deity and his sword spirit Helix. :)

Fierce is considered as the god of war and heavenly wrath in my stories. Contrarily of what the legends mention, he's a rather quiet personality and won't get angry easily because he knows the extent of his powers. If he ever loses control or gets angry, the disaster is close (no matter if for friends or enemies).

About Helix, she’s much harder to control than Ghirahim and Fi, and she has a rather free will and mind. She has incredible powers too and Fierce Deity is the only one that can use her in battles, also because he’s the one that created her. I’ve decided to give her a more “ethnical” design somehow (I don’t know if that’s a success XD) because she has been created in the Ancient Times, making her older than Fi and Ghirahim. Her “core” is placed in another zone and hasn’t a crystal appearance, it’s more like a shining part of her body, but it doesn’t make her more vulnerable, Helix is a fierce opponent just like her master.
