April of '22 I got together with Jess for my very first portrait photoshoot! I had been playing with my camera (Canon Rebel T5 EOS) for a few years, but had taken a long time to get the spoons up to try shooting with a model. Its a very rewarding art in a different way than taking pictures of flowers or your pets, though scheduling always seems to be a pain in the butt!

This is just a lil introduction post as I try to decide what shoots I'd like to host on here! My name is Jordan Trager; a '92 born Utahn turned South Carolina resident. In between trying to occasionally relax and practicing portrait photography, I work in the soul-sucking retail industry and world-build for a fantasy setting. I've only been shooting for about a year and a half, but have really enjoyed my time behind the camera and do my best to keep pushing into new territory and trying out new tricks. This isn't the first shoot I did, but it was a fun self portrait shoot to test fake blood before last Halloween - So, I figure I'd start there. I'll do my best to get the socials posted with the model accredidations as I work through shoots to post, but hope to find some new friends in photography and art in general as InkBlot grows!
