  • Been a little busy bee with everything except art. Work, prepping for Wasteland Weekend, working out ( I fight in the Thunderdome this year!), Taking care of family, and probably some other things I'm forgetting about. Any who! Even when I'm not making any art I'm always thinking about my wip/idea list. A significant chunk of it is fan art for Warrior Nun. So as I have all my ideas rotating in my head have a digital sketch I made while I was rewatching the show a few months ago.

  • Took a few days off and all I want to do is nap. Might get some sketching in before I have to really sleep for work. Here is a non spicy sketch from a short comic I thought up last month. I'd been playing around with a new pencil brush and had the last panel finished when I figured I could add a series of panels leading up to it. This was the next drawing I did and it is the first panel. Still trying to decide if I want to finish this in cleaner lines or keep it sketchy with this pencil. The spicy panel will go up later when I can grab a non censored snip of it. Oh and this being fan art? It's for Warrior Nun and it's of my fav ship. More to come.

  • Got this several months ago and only now thought to put something here.
    An intro I guess.
Been making art since I was a smol goblin. Tried going to school for it got distracted for 10 years. Tried going to school for it again and technically have an AS in animation. ( well I do have the paper but I never walked so eh) Stopped classes a semester before things shut down. Took care of family until I got a job in a werehouse. Watched someone starve to death because of cancer and had to keep working and taking care of family. Now the art has not been happening since I wasnt in classes. I think my laptop took a crap and I was without a digital outlet for a few months but as things shut down I was gifted a newish laptop to at least do things on. Got CSP and had a cheap tablet but never really felt the urge to make much. I was distracted again with videogames, my group of weirdo online friend, my group of weirdo IRL friends, taking care of family and trying not to get sick. Last year I upgraded my tablet and started doodling more than I had in the past few years. Have I finished anything? No. At least not enough I want to share on my other socials. I have a ton of WIPS though and will start putting up stuff as I chip away at my list. All of it is fan art and a few are NSFW. Thinking of digging around an old harddrive and some old art accounts to put some of my stuff up. Gotta get this thing going and see how my skills evolved.

  • And the final part of the Digital Ink & Paint midterm. Taking the Illustrator file into Photoshop to finish rendering the image and to add a cast shadow and use another image to add texture ( the geometric stuff in the sword and visor).

  • My header image was a part of my Animal Drawing final at school. The other parts are the horse and the musculature underneath the skin. All done traditional with pencil on velum and then altered in PS as part of my portfolio class. I have been fond of using it for almost all of my social headers. I do want to make a clean digital version mostly to practice my line work but also to mess around with some color with it.

  • On lunch so thought to start posting a few old pieces. This one is the line work from my midterm for Digital Ink & Paint. Assignment was to draw the image traditionally then scan and use Illustrator ( or another vector program) to ink the drawing and separate it into shapes to be colored. This also happens to be one OC (of several it was a whole sci fi epic I dreamed up) of mine from way back in high school. His name is Brin and nd he looked very different from what I used to draw him as.

  • And here is the final Illustrator image of my Digital Ink & Paint midterm. After inking the drawing and laying down flats and simple shadows and highlights in color we also had to incorporate some patterns. The next part was to take this image into Photoshop to give it a final render.
