Hiya! I'm new to this site, and while I'm still a bit hesitant about fully using it because of this site's more recent unfortunate news... I needed to a new and better site than... (shivers) deviantart. But! New year, new me, new site! I might as well try it.
This is my fursona, August (they/them), and the background is based on a photo I took around 2019 at Grand Teton. It's a fairly simple piece, but one of my favorites from late last year (I've made it part of my layout on every site LMAO).

Finally some REAL OC art... my beloved Nico. This is for my Ginga Fan Story named "Forgotten Fangs," taking place after several decades from any canonical event in Ginga. Nico is a Tora-Ga Akita Inu, desperate to follow the long forgotten story of how dogs defeated a bear, and his only hint is to find the elusive wolf... to which has not existed in Japan for years.
I love this story I have, I've drawn lots for them and I hope to continue so. It's been a while : ' ) but anyway! I doubt I'd make it into a comic or anything, but I'm sure I'll draw some spoiler-y stuff one day. Enjoy!Finally some REAL OC art... my beloved Nico. I be using various paints these days... watercolor... really old acrylic paint that somehow hasn't dried up yet.

Ignore they're basically tramp stamps LOL
But went a little wild and just started doodling and loved the results! Each banner represents an OC except the last one is a general banner for a story/roleplay group. I'm a big fan of honing very clear aesthetics for characters and this was an exercise in that, I guess. I enjoyed the process and I will probably continue to make more because they're fun and easy to make!
