# Ophelia Rouge (she/her)
## Semblance: Contagious Yawn
Yawns create a bubble that make targets fall asleep when popped near them. The amount of time the target sleeps depends on her aura, if it breaks while using her semblance, then she'll fall asleep instead!
## Weapon: Dust projection worry ring
Wears a ring on both hands embedded w/ ice, fire, rock & electricity dust that projects a shepherd’s axe made out of whatever dust is used!
## Fairy Tale: Little Bo Peep

## Semblance: Shared Sight
Allows her to bond w/ 3 people at a time to let them see her POV or vice versa!
## Weapon: Multi-Use Dual Blades
Dual blades combine to make double bladed glaive by connecting the handles w/ gravity dust - can also bend to resemble a boomerang!

## Semblance: Surprise Party!
Can teleport while giving off the image of a ribbon vanishing, and when they reappear bits of ribbon/confetti pop out with them! Some limitations include:
* More aura is used when teleporting anywhere >10 feet (though, any distance <10 feet takes a very little amount of aura)
* Over-reliance = fatigue & dizziness
* Teleporting w/ someone is possible, HOWEVER, amount of aura utilized is multiplied per extra party member
## Weapon: Dust-Infused Yoyo
Various yoyo tricks utilize fire, electricity, gravity, and hard-light dust to enhance the impact of attacks/defend themself
