If three friends each had a Magnemite, then they joined together to form a Magneton, which friend would get the Magneton?
Pokemon made up of multiple creatures are one of my favourite types of Pokemon design, and gen 1 had plenty to choose from. Drowzee is so creepy. It’s like the evil counterpart of Munna, or I guess Munna is the good counterpart of Drowzee since Drowzee existed first. I thought to myself while writing this “well, maybe it’d be good at helping people who suffer from really bad nightmares”, but no, it prefers eating good dreams and nightmares make it sick. This Pokemon is here to make others’ lives worse and it feels not one shred of remorse. I love it.Drowzee is so creepy. Dodrio seems like it would be difficult for a trainer to handle, with its three heads’ tendency to squabble with each other over food. It’s a really cool Pokemon in my opinion, though! Remember when Black 2 and White 2 came out and everyone was trading Magnemite over GTS to level up their Join Avenue? I do! I think I had a Magnemite on my main team, too. It was nice having it available to catch early on. I think gen 1 only had it in the Power Plant, though it didn’t really stand out from other electric types back then anyway since the steel type didn’t exist yet.Remember when Black 2 and White 2 came out and everyone was trading Magnemite over GTS to level up their Join Avenue? The Rattata line is another of my favourites, so I’m definitely going to be drawing Rattata again in the future. I wanted to draw Pidgeot from a different angle, both to challenge myself and to mix things up a bit. I was getting a little bored of drawing the Pidgey line. I think Pidgeot definitely turned out the best out of the three, though.
By the way, I may as well mention it now. I haven’t drawn any Mega formes yet because I decided to hold off on them until I get to gen 6. So, Mega Pidgeot is a long way off. When I do get to it, I’ll be interested to see if I’m better at drawing birds than I was in 2019.I wanted to draw Pidgeot from a different angle, both to challenge myself and to mix things up a bit.
