A Ref for Neon! One of the adoptable kobolds I made last year, who now belongs to [Carne_Supremo on Twitter](https://twitter.com/Carne_Supremo)! Neon is a former space pirate who later went on to become a legitimate starship pilot, and while she likes to visit Earth when she can, she often unfamiliar with the customs and quirks of the people living there! Admittedly I've been sitting on this and the refsheets for the other adoptables for a while, partly because there was the disconnect of using the Onyx Pirate watermark on my old account, but mostly because I've just been really bad about posting everything here. Part of that is it takes a good amount of time for me because I like to have good descriptions to go with images, rather than just upload them without any additional context. That said, I'm going to try and upload the rest of the refs this weekend, so look forward to those! Neon was definitely one of my favorites of that batch of adoptables to work on for a number of reasons, not least of which is the fact that glowing patterns and markings are a favorite of mine. It's surprising I don't do them more often to be honest! And while it was definitely hard for me to let go of all of the designs, Neon was definitely one of the ones I was considering keeping the most. But she went to a great home in Zed, and if you've been following them, you may have seen a number of pics they've gotten of Neon already!
