POKI "ANN" SCORPIUS Poki is a cross between a Scorpion fly and a Giraffe Weevil. She owns a small shop and prints newspapers on the side with her friends, traveling between towns. Poki is known by locals as being very wholesome but fierce and not afraid to stand up for herself or others. She is age 25 and her sign is Virgo. I don't draw her often due to her insane complexity, and because in order to keep her body shape uniform each segment must be replicated...which is headache inducing. But when done proper, said art of her looks very nice. I figured I would share this because she is one of my more successful desing executions, where I am still satisfied. I don't think i'd ever redesign her. She has Daytime, Nighttime, and Glowtime forms, which can just be used interchangably. To be entirely honest the nighttime form is simply there as a more interesting pallete to stand out in dark environments and to mimic UV light. On December 31, 2018, I originally introduced a brand-new pixel-art palette duo right in time for the 2019 New Year, entitled ***Petite-8*** and ***Petite-8 Afterdark***... which is TRULY what happens when the original 1989 Game Boy marries a Wonderswan. I cannot describe it any better than this, can I!? 😊💞 While they both each have eight (8) distinct colors which differ from one to another even *between* these these two palettes of mine indeed shown above, here is the thing: while the normal version (**Petite-8**) can be used for creating daytime and/or well-lit scenes, the dim version (**Petite-8 Afterdark**) is best used of course for making nighttime or darkened cave scenes or anything like that. Either way, you sure cannot go wrong using them in your pixel artworks and even your own original indie-/retro-game creations in order to create quite an impressive Game Boy aesthetic indeed!!! I did this art piece of what Furitsa looks like at nighttime (parts of her glow in the dark) with a more dynamic pose but found it funny because she looked like she was floating- so I used the Motionleap app to create a little animation to make her look like she's floating in the space in all her starry glory!

I couldn't decide rather I wanted a daytime, or a nighttime. So I made two folders and changed the shades! Super proud of the Vespa, I rarely draw vehicles.

Starfall Faire Fun prompt #45 | [[World of Eyre ARPG]](https://worldofeyre.com/) Jeanne has stayed in Palu'au Islands to celebrate Starfall Faire and brought a lantern with her while enjoying the fireworks during a nighttime walk along the beach~ Was liking how the BG and nighttime colours were turning out so I spent a bit longer more properly painting it over and detailing the shading and it turned out into a nice little piece I think. Rainbow Friends © Fragment Games. ------ Here's another post for some art i've already done lol, this is Midnight! Info: They go by They/Them and Bat/Bats Pronouns! Bat's a Midnight Purple rainbow friends built for teaching about nocturnal animals and the nighttime. They are close friends with Purple, instead of crawling the vents like purple, Bat takes to the dark and shadowed parts of the building, acting quite similar to a real bat. When Midnight jumpscare, Their face spilts into two, revealing two sets of sharp teeth. Despite being based off a bat, Midnight Prefers to 'eat' fruit rather than people unless hostile.
