SO yeah this is what i've been spending most of my free time on for a couple of weeks hehe
Still not totally done as this was intended as a VRchat avatar but I wanted to rig it for animating first and have some fun with it there :)
Might do more with it! would be fun to do something with it and that hands monster I made once I rig that thing up properly for animation!

After months of work I finally have a first working Metahuman model of Suraia. She is ready to be used with facial motion capture already. This model is the basis I can now use, work and improve upon.

I can’t wait to see how she grow from this to wherever I end up in the future.

I will also be using her a my virtual self from now on. At the moment I have her working as a simple VTuber model in Unreal. I am thinking of bringing her into VRChat some day. But before that I want to get her working in Helios, the Unreal version of VRChat.

Yes they are an alpaca actually! There's a drought of 'girly' avatars on #vrchat that aren't voluptuous - no offense, but I wanted to fill that void a bit. So this'll be a freebie whenever I have enough to make an avatar world.

Figured I'd try to sketch somethin'. Someone requested I draw the bunneh avatars from a VRChat game, Super VR Ball. Thinka Monkey Ball, but in VR. :P Also melon instead of bananas.

Hey hey,

Yesterday I registered here so I thought it was a good idea to write an introduction!

My name is Suraia Silverbell (on the internet anyways) and I’m a 3D artist working with Blender.

I make my own 3D models in a fantasy style which I want to use for VRChat/Helios VR, Dungeon Full Dive and to bring my own fantasy setting to life.

As such there sort of are two versions of Suraia. The first one is my internet alter ego Suraia the 3D Artist (VTuber model in the making), the second one is my fantasy Suraia living in the worlds of Eonil.

Eonil is my own Fantasy setting which I want to look into converting to D&D to make it more of a homebrew setting to possibly use in DnD applications like DFD.

Eonil is a high fantasy setting with several continents, one of which is Estonya where roughly 100 years ago a story took place that I may some day translate to English and publish somewhere. But the D&D setting starts on the Xaverion Islands, north of Estonya where I plan to write stories of two groups when I have time.

The first group is known as the Outcasts, a group of wandering people who are all for their own reasons outcasts from the Xaverion society. Suraia is the beating heart of this group and the story starts and revolves around her, everything that happens to her and who she meets along the way. Suraia is a shy and timid human woman but at the same time a very powerfull healer. Yet her magic comes from an unknown source that many people on the Xaverion Islands consider to be heretical.

The second group is the House of the Eternal Dawn. This is a mature themed part of the Eonil setting. Grov Dawnstrider is the lord and master of the House of the Eternal Dawn, it is mostly known as a very luxurious house of pleasure. The house of the Eternal Dawn is in the eyes of those who heard of it famed for two things: it’s grand festivities like balls and nightly shows of burlesque and more and it’s ruthless Master of the House Grov with his zero tolerance for violating consent. There have been clients killed on the spot for looking at his workers in a way that displeased the master or touching them without their approval. Still a less known fact of the House Dawnstrider is the Dawnstrider order who travels the Xaverion Islands in search for victims of the Rising Phoenix, a group known for everything non consent.

But now back to the real world. I am a wife and mother of two young children and two dogs. I volunteer at the school library and I have a part time job.

This means that my time to work on things is at times extremely limited. But when I do have time I want to work on whatever I feel like at that moment.

Ooh and maybe worth noting: I’m dutch so I live in Europe Amsterdam/Paris time zone. Also I’m autistic and this was me info dumping possibly way to much information here.

Do you ever get Discord DMs of somebody saying they're a VRChat artist in response to you showing your drawing wips?

Since this rando got booted from the server for randomly sending friend requests without ever talking in said server, they're likely the kind of person who fakes being an artist by showing people the works of others.

Frankly, the more drawings the person might have collected, the more suspect it makes their catalog look, making the "I'm an artist" claim harder to fall for, so I wasn't too concerned about it, because I'm confident they're unable to go far with the grift.
