• I've been doing a lot more daily sketching as I want to start letting go of the perfectionism I have. Especially with me working on a comic. It's also teaching me to make decisions faster and just have fun with the process. I'm using this month long challenge to also create a little zine of all my sketches that will also be uncensored and uncropped unlike here.

  • I just really, really like sketching them kiss. I pretend that they aren't rivals or enemies.

  • here's the interior of the house shown in the last post- it's supposed to be a fallen tree that got hollowed out, so I had a lot of fun sketching the inside. the guy who lives here likes having a small space.

interiors are still pretty hard for me cause I find it difficult to figure out what to fill the space with to make it feel lived in, but that just means I have to practice more!

  • Been sketching some old pokemon ocs lately! Here's Sturgeon, my criminal-based Persian. While I don't have many places to expand on my more criminal leaning characters, they are all connected in some way. ;)

  • First post on Inkblot, yay! The site looks promising and I can't wait what it will bring in the future.

Picture of Malefor I've made not too long ago, probably a week or two - I wanted to try a different approach when it comes to fake screenshots \ possible comic art while practicing with backgrounds by using greys instead of picking color singularly, it was a blast! The horns looks easy until they are not, they are still a huge problem of mine when it comes to drawing and sketching Malefor, but I'm slowly getting used to it, wanted to make them look somewhat feral and young, so feel free to draw your own conclusions to what might have happened to make this small purple menace this surprised and scared.

  • Did it really take me **this** long to realize that I don't have to draw only for the purpose of improving my craft? That I can also draw because I just wanted to?

I just had an hour of sketching of things that are a combination of things I like and, sure it looks messy, but I found joy in creating something and that's what I missed feeling whenever I draw and paint.
