On our adventures in Shadowlands we are meeting many of the heroes and villains of the past. Some of my favorites are present, but others I really rooted for are sadly not. Among them is Vindicator Maraad, one of my all time favorite characters in the Warcraft universe. So I present you with this tribute to remind us that "In the Light, we are one..."

Vindicator Maraad was a warrior of faith, but also a man of action. Where others held back and hesitated, he struck , always on the offense and always on the frontlines. A resolute soldier and a stalwart and fierce warrior of light, who has been haunted by his past failings. He embodied the strength, resolve and righteousness of a true paladin, and his mighty hammer served swift punishment to those who would threaten his people.

His crusade saw him protect his people across countless worlds, battle the Horde, the Undead Scourge and the Burning Legion. It finally ended on Draenor, where he gave his light to protect fellow paladin, Yrel.

I have greatly enjoyed working on this piece, despite it taking a bit longer than usual. I hope you like the final outcome!

I remember deciding that in a modern setting, The Battalion was a roller derby team she was a member of.

I also remember floating some punny "stage names" for her, the list of which is:

See? I told you Scourge would get along fine with Chaos! :D

That ref of Scourge took a lot out of me, but since Knuckles plays an important role in this AU he deserved a new look too. So I made him look like the tank he is and y'know, like a chief/shaman type character because honestly? Let the man have a tribe, let him interact with others of his kind goddamn.

Fun fact, in this AU 'Knuckles' isn't even his real name! It's a nickname given to him by Sonic. His real name is 'Hamia'

PS: There's a reference to Sonic Adventure in his design, can ya guess what it is?

A personal piece of my sona Scourge, I finished it back in October but didn't like the end result so I scrapped it. But after looking at it with fresh eyes/making some edits I'm really happy with it. This was another personal piece that I put a lot of emotion into, as well as a light redraw of an [older piece](https://d.furaffinity.net/art/shlimaz/1623708491/1623708491.shlimaz_ggg.jpg), both drawn to the song Fire Fire by Flyleaf.
It's very cathartic haha

My Nosferatu player character for a Vampire the Masquerade campaign, Jackie Moore - Codename: Yellowjacket.

This is one of the most unhinged player characters i have ever made. Ex scourge who was apart of a vampire-hunting militia as a human, basically a serial killer targeting high-up vampires.

Not enough people use Undying Swarm as a key animism ability and it's a shame.

I clicked on "Create album" and had to resubmitt this, Also Inkblot get spell correct for your website! Anyway this is the cover image for a series I'm creating called Golem Chronicles, a Space opera with Magic.

Description:
The Dev-elves are the scourge of the Galaxy using their magic to attack & conquer. One fateful day a timid youth name Gill uncovers the truth behind their magic. The Truth is an ancient race of spirits that taught them everything about Magic to create a utopia, however The golems were betrayed thousands of years ago by the Dev-elves & were sealed away. Now There is an opportunity to make things right by using magic against the Dev-elves themselves. With his mentor Gith, Gill begrudgingly takes it upon himself to help save the galaxy, and finds out that war is never black & white.

I drew Gith breaking away from his stone imprisonment but with the dark background and Gill's cannon in the way it's not very obvious, I still have the file so I can always go back and revise this. I think I was a little worried about how I went about this cause when I first started drawing I wanted to get Gill's armor just right.

Let me start by saying that there are NO promises on me making more of these refs since this was entirely me being self indulgent and I don't know when I'd even be able to make another one. Could be soon, could be months from now!

So uh yeah I don't think I could sum up this AU he's a part of in a short description, but I also don't know what else to tell ya! He has a weird symbiotic relationship with Chaos so homie can see the world now and Scourge has cool water powers to truly act as a counterpart to Sonic, win/win!

I saw that 'rockstar' outfit for Sonic and knew what had to be done. You can't see it but Scourge is seething off screen. (I wanted to draw that too, but my pizza is ready and I'm STARVING :U )

Sorry for the inactivity, it's certainly been a month. Tomorrow is my birthday so I'll go back to playing videogames and hanging with my loved ones for now and yes, I AM working on stuff but unfortunately I don't consider much I got worth sharing, that, or it contains spoilers heehoo~
