Well, this one is... gratuitous~ I had a number of long-time followers who know me for my fetish work first and foremost who were curious when we would get a glimpse at **Mamabito**'s feet. I didn't realize there would be so much demand, but I'd gotten the ask so many times, I couldn't resist the call! This piece was done in 2020, and to this day, I think it's _The One Where I Popped Off_. I'm super proud of all the details, from the hand-drawn background tiles, to the shockingly realistic candle flames, to the many, many water droplets dripping off of **Renée**'s skin... Now it's time for references! Cause I like draw them too. This was maybe the first time I practiced drawing realistic horse. Sho is my old character, I haven't drawn him much but I still love him. Maybe I'll redraw his ref sheet very soon 👁️👁️

This was actually a very experimental process with a whole lot of failures in all honesty. Short form of this is… 1. Tried to hand paint scales.. That was a horrible idea and they were not scaled properly to my illustrations. 2. Tried to make a scale brush??… That also didn’t pattern realistically for me. :“’D 3. Found a black and white very simple white snake scale texture that I polarized even further. I inverted it and just copied and pasted the texture and warped it all over their bodies on each illustration. This weirdly enough worked! You can see a lot of this usage in many of my snakes, especially in the black and white rougher stages. The only areas I would hand paint are the belly scales and the faces. As snake scales in these areas are pretty unique and need extra love and attention. I hope this helps a bit! 👍

Here's my tribute to the best boi. I always had a problem with coloring night scenes. At one hand I wanted to get a realistic blue tint, bit in the other I could resist from giving the character a peachy blush. It would always end up looking like some ugly mud. But my goal while making this drawing was to face this problem and make the colors look right. Hope it worked.

Hi my name is Anna and im new to this site!! I thought i'd do my first Status post about me and my art. :D I love to draw fantasy, mostly dragon!! but I do now and then draw others! Fast forward to my current painting style and its this~ A realistic painting commission for a client on twitter, it was super nice to get into the groove of painting and rendering things in a more realistic way with a jester like character. Got room for improvement but overall happy with the result specially the hair texture! I was doing a discount for this type of art but I'll put it at the normal price again, painting sure is still intense haha
