She's almost done guys, I'm so excited! I did say that she was gonna be finished by today, but unfortunately, something came up. I'm gonna be making dinner for my family and I'm not gonna have enough time to finish the animation. I want to get her done and over with before I start dinner though so you have little snippets of what I have planned. I love her, she's so cute, I can't wait to show you off tomorrow! I decided to paint her with watercolors and cheap acrylics I got from the Michaels store. I am gonna put a fabric choker on her So she's gonna look a little bit different next time I reveal her. Here is one of my projects based on the Schizophyllum Commune mushroom, but on an alien planet with large amounts of copper. Part of a much much longer story I have yet to publish but I'll get there in time, life permitting. I Made this in Houdini, Substance Painter, and V-Ray

This project means a lot to me, so much so I have a print of it hanging above my bed. I'll keep whittling away at it and the story on my patreon, but I'm hoping to really deep dive into it, life and struggles permitting. When I first posted it I hid metadata story snippets in the images but no one ever found them. Here is the one that was buried in this project :

I found the source of the signal emissions, such a strange planet. I'm no botonist but even I know a surface this copper heavy is normally a natural fungicide. All species on this planet seem to not only thrive on it, but have adapted to use it. I'm going to carefully study the signal after I setup some more atmospheric barriers, I don't want to strain the suit if I'm going to be down here awhile.

An older piece from 2017! This was for the "Not Your Puppets" Gravity Falls fanzine, a zine about the thoughtful ways in which Gravity Falls dealt with topics of abuse. I decided to focus on Pacifica, and how Mabel helped her learn she's allowed to be a normal kid, have fun, and make mistakes. :')

I adore Gravity Falls. It aired in a pivotal time of my life and I still have a lot of love in my heart for these characters, haha. <3

This was for a game of "Draw The OC Above" in a Discord server and I had a blast drawing this OC and it was the first time I tried to make a background. He's a baker, so I thought it would be fitting having him think about what kind of decorations he should use on the cake while his pets watch

I'm probably a little better at backgrounds now xD

But here's some info between the two and how they work!

One heck of a gremlin, always willing to speak what is on her mind, meet Fikara ! One of the magikants in Cry's class, and also Cry's firework sidekick. She has a really flexible body and can stretch it at will. She is a spider passing as a nekomata, and can make strong spider webs to trap her enemies. Her main ability is being a puppeteer, using her spider-web by either controlling paper made puppets or controlling someone's body. Her outfit is made of firework paper !
