She's the sister of the Dragonking. She, like any female dragon, is quite the eldritch being due to sharing some of the power of their settings main goddess. And like the other female dragons, her main task is to guard the elemental gods, who have been banished into the aether surrounding the world. While not malevolent in any way, she does act on heir own logic and what she hears for the goddess, if she likes to do so.
