Latest News since my Inkblot Art Page was Restored for now, I've decided to no longer use Inkblot anymore and I may think about Leaving Inkblot since the Inkblot Admins hardly fix anything around here, and I know that there are people using the site, but the Admins really need to address things when something isn't working right, and to anyone out there who decides to make their own art site please take some responsibly, if there some bugs that need to be fix so please take care of them right away, and if the site is down, address it to the public and don't makeup excuses because that gives users the Idea that the site is dead and no one will ever want to use it anymore.

So I'll be making my plans to delete my account probably around early May.

I'm sure many of us visited a river and saw some fish swimming like this. Using that idea, I wanted to try an underwater perspective with the characters looking in. :)

Started reworking on this Truck artwork since the original was lost in a computer crash that I'd had last year, luckily, I had parts of the Base saved in a Flash drive and started to remake it in order to upload on to InkBlot Art since I can't get a copy of the original artwork onto here, so I'd had to remake it.

the Artwork is base around the Skoda Xena which was built by Skoda Liaz which was a Company in the Czech Republic that use to built a number of Commerical Vehicles from Buses, Trucks, Trains, & Military Equipment, now these days Skoda just make Cars with Volkswagen.

The Skoda Xena was one of the most interesting Trucks that I've ever seen in Books & Online compared to many other Truck Brands that are now Defunct. #Vehicle #Semi #Truck #Skoda #Trailer

Ngl it's been a week since the 2.0 release and I'm disappointed to see there still hasn't been a single CLEAR improvement in sight.
Idk if the team is still as small as it was before but like. I have to sadly agree with some criticism I've seen on the main page.

It's sad to see that a new version of the website was pushed out when it clearly isn't functional, and I'm wondering why the staff decided to revamp it into looking like a mashup of other social media websites like FB and Twt. Reactions?? Rlly??

Why am I still not able to upload a banner and why did it make an independent post the one time it seemed to work? Why did it delete the banner when I tried to hide my post from my timeline???
Why is there a 'followers' tab before my gallery (that's not even called gallery) and why do I have to click a button to see past 6 previews of the most recently posted art? Is this not a website dedicated to art and creative stuff? Why does it not show my gallery proper?
Is the activity so damn low on the website rn that it keeps looping to the same things I've been seeing for the past 7 days? Or have people been posting and I don't see anything?
And why is it that some users seem to be fine with uploading stuff and others aren't?

Maybe I'm just ignorant about the current situation or what the staff is up to but I would've sincerely preferred to wait longer than to face the excitement of a new version, only to immediately eat disappointment. I've always loved the initiative they had in creating a safe space for artists given how most platforms are going to sh!t, but idk man.

In any case, I'm going back to my corner on twt, IG and bsky lol. I shall be waiting for news but will stop checking every 2 days if I can upload a banner or simple image

Hey! Been busy with some things IRL. Working on some commissions and trying to get my life on track after a long hiatus and a dark period of my life, like many that have been happening lately....

But now back to commissions! This one is for a discord friend of his character Break the Mewtwo, except now he's Sigma from Overwatch! I have never played Overwatch and have no idea if there's a canon reason for his character choice, maybe someone will know!
This took way longer than It was supposed to...It took like 7 hours of work (but felt like an eternity).

Done entirely in Krita with zero 3D posing!

I haven't been kicking around this website much at all in the past 3ish years but the 2.0 update really really gives Generic SocMed Site and i'm not about it. Who approved this. Genuinely.

I've been thinking about this for a bit, but many of the design choices that came with this 2.0 update are... baffling, to say the least? The site is actually usable now (it barely worked for me before), but it feels like another Facebook/Twitter clone, rather than an art site. I'll continue to observe how things develop but I'm not sure I'm convinced yet.

I also wanted to test uploading art here but I quite literally can't, I get an error every time.

Flying back to the airship that was basically a yacht, she landed on the deck with Eri and Ravi. “My darlings, did you miss me?”

Eri looked at Annaerlitha, sensing she was hiding something. “What do they have that you want so much, Naerli?”

“Some things are best left unsaid about them and their private little villa,” Annaerlitha replied. “I’m sure our friend Comandante Luis is enjoying his stay as much as I did last time I was there.”

“As a guest?” Eri asked with some concern in his voice.

“More or less, it was from an invitation by my dear uncle Frabritheo.”

“From him? I never liked the bastard,” Ravi interjected.

“You think he’ll enjoy being stuffed in the cargo hold?” Eri mused, as a bloody ichor burst from his left hand congealing into a pair of twisted strands that tightened till it solidified into the form of a rapier with a red blade.

“I’ll make sure he’ll have a pleasant stay with us.”

Eri and Ravi watched as she flew close to the ground. As Annaerlitha approached the entrance to the villa, Eri tore open a shadowy rift with his blade bringing Ravi through with him.

Ravi prepared with shield forward and his tulwar in at the ready as he walked through the rift, spotted about eight soldiers scrambling around the grounds readying their muskets.

Annaerlitha flew over the wall of villa’s grounds, casting one of her more powerful spells. With an incantation and a circular cut of her athame, she invoked a blast of elemental cold freezing those same eight soldiers.

One of them was not completely frozen, so Eri quickly unleashed two bolts of eldritch energy as he emerged from the rift. Eri guessed that a Dwarf armed with a pistol and a battleaxe was the Comandante’s bodyguard.

Ravi hissed and ejected a stream of venom at a soldier not caught in Annaerlitha’s spell. Eri lunged through one soldier with green flames around his blade while Annaerlitha dispatched another with a ray of frost.

Left standing in the aftermath was Comandante Luis, an Orc armed with a sabre and a revolver, and his Dwarven body guard.

Ravi charged at the bodyguard taking a few swings at the Dwarf who parried each blow with his axe. The bodyguard countered Ravi’s next exchange making a superficial cut on his sword arm. The two fought as Luis tried to take some shots at Annaerlithai and Eri.

Eri vanished in a cloud of black smoke, reappearing behind the Dwarf with his blade embedded. Ravi finished off the bodyguard, as spectral vipers coiled around his Tulwar’s blade.

Annaerlitha invoked the power of nightmares that tore at Luis as he panicked. Luis tried to run away, but Ravi called upon the powers from his oath to the Naga Kings to summon spectral snakes to bind the Comandante.

“Please stop! I surrender!” Comandante Luis screamed.

“That’s the smart thing to do my dear Luis,” Annaerlitha smiled as she approached.

This time I tried to construct more of a scene ahead of time. I’m still trying to get there with backgrounds. This one of the SFW part of my cycle, is of Frelly and Qian together as one of the many couples I might draw.

Frelly and Qian stood together in the docks of the Floating Archipelago, a city scattered among sky islands in a relatively calm border region in the Plane of Air. The city connected to a few other worlds across the planes, where the Tiefling couple were among some of the visitors that walked its streets. Perhaps what was most appealing about the Floating Archipelago was that it had a warm and mild climate, unlike the storms and constant hurricanes found in many other places across the Plane of Air.

“We’re catching this ferry to the Janni Island,” Frelly said as she held on to Qian’s arm as the a ramp unfolded down onto the ferry that just docked.

“What are we doing with a bunch of Air Genasi?” Qian asked hesitantly, as he stepped on to the ramp.

“To see the Wind Dancers in action, and to find ourselves a good airship captain for the other part of the journey.”

“That might be a bit difficult, as I got myself in some trouble the last time I was here with Kess and Thames.” Qian pondered for a moment about what the implications might be. “Let’s say we didn’t leave the best impression with the Cloud Kings, the gang that rules that part of town.”

“Were you being a little fecker about it?”

“Just a bit, I’m pretty sure they won’t try to shoot us on sight at least.”

“And to think this was going to be a boring trip, but I don’t think it was only you.”

“You're right about that, it wasn’t completely about me. It was more about these two girls, twins, that I shagged, who happened to be the daughters of a big Cloud King boss. And I somehow got into a fight with a bunch of Cloud Kings when they walked in on us.” Qian looked at Frelly, as she spread her wings and glared at him, looking like she was ready to pounce.

“Oh for ****’s sake! Am I going to have to give you spanking later on?”

“Maybe, I just hope there aren’t any other surprises. Kess and Thames also got in some fights with the Cloud Kings too.”

“This might be a long ferry ride, me love,” as Frelly took a seat on the main deck of the ferry.

“Enough of that, we’re still on vacation, let’s enjoy the view.”

Frelly kissed Qian on the lips, “Whatever would I do without you? You need to show me what you did with those girls, as I think there’s still a spanking you still need to get.”
