🎨 Participate in this dtiys challenge to help fight against the systematized theft done by AI art 🙌🏻 #dtiysProtectingArtists ◾ ◾ 🚩 If you have not heard of AI art, the art generated by AI is only possible due to the millions of images of artists that have been scraped off the Internet to create a huge dataset called [Laion-5B](https://laion.ai/blog/laion-5b/). 🚩 The images in this data set include the copyrighted works of artists like you and me, and those artworks are being used to teach the AI how to draw and paint like us. Then said AI is being sold as a subscription for profit and the artists that actually made AI a marketable product with their works aren't being paid a single cent. ◾ ◾ 📣 Thankfully, artists have allies. The **Concept Art Association** has organized a [fundraiser](https://www.gofundme.com/f/protecting-artists-from-ai-technologies) to start the legal battle to regulate AI art technology and make it fair for artists. 📣 If you want to keep your work away from AI training data sets, please support this campaign. ◾ ◾ 🎨 I've created this DrawThisInYourStyle to help spread the word about the fundraiser.
