Today's sketch, the humble thylacine. Sometimes I get super sad that these guys went extinct, and today I'm compensating for that by drawing one.

Species:Kumiho(Gumiho)

Appearance: In human form-Long orange red hair in, brown eyes, sandy beach colored skin, wears the school uniform and a mulberry jumper non-school days. In Kumiho form- White long hair in braid and rolled into a ball shaped form at the nape of her neck, white skin with red-orange fox markings, orange fox ears with black tips, nine white-tipped orange fox tails, yellow eyes with red irises, a ramie cloth hanbok: red jeogori(blouse shirt) and black chima(a wrap-around skirt) with geumbak-printed patterns (gold leaf) on the bottom. And the Fox marble.

Strength:Yeowu Gusel(fox marble), powers of seduction, fire abilities through either their mouths or tips of their tails, howl, and extreme speed.

Weakness: Vulnerable to explosives or high-piercing blades, especially on the throat.

Likes: Meat(hearts and livers of men), meditation music, poetry, and calligraphy.

Hates: Electronic music, rave parties, Djs, vegetables, movies, comic books, school, and female humans.

Her one goal is to eat the heart and liver of Cula for she believes that she'll gain his vampire powers and to become the most powerful Kumiho ever.

The perfect punishment for is to be sealed away for a thousand days and on a strict diet of vegetables so that she'll become human and lose all of her evil tendencies.

Today's theme is redemption, and I got a strange bit of inspiration when I noticed that Redcap was among the list of legendary creatures starting with the letter R.

Redcaps are faery who kills people in a compulsive need to paint their titular caps red with blood, as if their hat ever lost their luster, they will die, and blood turns brown quite fast too, so it's a vicious cycle.

Thus I got this idea for a redcap who decided to try and break the cycle, and tie his cap around his sickle, only using it for self defense, and curbtail his violent tendency as his life slowly comes to an end. Sometimes blood spills to the cap and keep him going for a bit longer, but never shall he seeks it on his own. Eventually, after one dawn, all that's left of him were his iron boots and his sickle.

Chapter 1

Rain poured down powerfully in the night, soaking the streets of a small town called Spiritscreek. A little girl about seven years old sat all alone on a pile of newspapers, leaning against a house wall. The girl had a sky blue night-gown on which was drenched by rain. Her arms, her legs, and her right eye were bandaged carefully. Her hair was light brown and her visible eye was amethyst colored. She hugged a worn out rabbit doll tightly, trying to keep warm. Lightning thundered fiercely frightening her. She gasped and quickly began running wanting a roof to stay under. She searched for a house whose light was on but found none.
Finally she exited the town perimeter and came to the outskirts but the poor girl was exhausted. As she drew closer a cliff side and a small inn came into sight. Seeing that the roof of the house was sticking out she went for it. She walked under onto the porch and sat under the roof, but she began to cry out fear and cold. A light snapped on inside the house and a woman opened the door.
The seven year old looked up from her hands sniffing. A little girl the same age as her, seemingly the women's daughter, came from behind her staring in curiosity.
The brunette girl got up and stood in front the women who smiled warmly and widened the door for her. The woman's daughter crept from behind her and smiled encouragingly holding out her small hand.
The girl carefully took her hand, "My name's Lilia. What's youws?" the daughter asked, unable to pronounce her Rs'.
The little girl quietly answered "Crystal"

Stuff made with false leather (save for the boot covers, which are made of fabric) that I crafted as part of a costume for a huge medieval market which is set up in my city every year (in fact it's the biggest medieval market in all Spain and one of the biggest in Europe). Save for the brown paint I didn't buy any materials, it's all stuff I already had. And those are my pyjamas by the way so obviously not the clothes I wore this with xDDDD

If Yasmine’s hat looks weird, I started coloring it with a brown colored pencil, forgetting that I was supposed to grab the light blue one and I tried to erase it

_''Crested Jaguars are a very large mammal from the genus ‘ Panthera’, named for their large fin-like crests either side of their necks and large rosettes covering most of their body. Some can say they resemble a large hybrid between a peacock and a leopard due to their colouration and feathered fan tail. Sexual Dimorphism in the sexes are extreme. Females are generally much smaller compared to the males, reaching 6ft at the shoulder. Their pelt colour is a selection of browns, faun and oranges, while their skull shape is more round and short compared to their male counterparts. The males are much larger and stockier than the females, at 8ft at the shoulder, their coats are generally a mix of blues, greens and orange, with a large peacock-like tail feather. A male’s coat colour is most likely used for attracting mates, though this is a theory as this species is very elusive and a live male has not been seen in person in about 100 years.


A Crested Jaguar’s limbs make it adept to climbing, crawling and swimming, their skulls are robust and the jaw extremely powerful, rumored to be able to pierce through even the strongest of armour, which makes these cats incredibly dangerous and deadly.

Their range is very limited in the valley of Roanoak, usually a large male will have a large territory with several females in. Arcgate ruins is said to be the home to a large male for years, the individual is so elusive it has been described as being mythical, a silly urban legend to tell at bedtime stories. However, evidence such as prints, claw marks and scat have been found, proving it is indeed real. Though no one has been brave enough to venture into the ruins.''

My original fursona is a Brown by named Mocha, and as much as I love that lil bean, I found myself enthralled by cattle and decided to make my own Highland bull boy named Cherry. I'll go into depth on their lore and personality but right now I'm just happy ot have them made :3

I started out wanting to draw "horny werewolf porn", added a second person, made them bobbing for apples, added a background, made it transformation and me and my partner's fur colors. Voila. A lewd xD

I've never used liquid watercolor before (only tube and dry), but got three bottles of it the most recent edition of Sketchbox. I really love trying supplies and media I've never tried before. In this case I had magenta, purple, and leaf green, plus a green pencil and a brown one, so I decided to try and paint something with just those items. Other than a touch of white gel pen at the end, I managed it. Stargazer Lilies are among my favorite flower, the smell is so sweet, so I decided to try and paint them. I loved the intensity and smoothness of the paints but obviously need to learn subtlety, ha ha. It was fun though!

Gotta catch up on sketches, so here's a trilobite beetle.
