Needed something to draw as a warmup so I picked one of my many adopted characters that I haven't drawn yet and now here we are. His name is Thanos now and he is Warden's head reaper. Warden is the god who manages and judges the dead. He sends out reapers to fetch souls who are at the end of their lives and then proceeds to judge them once they reach him. Souls of people with a good heart get send to his brother Morgan's realm, Souls of the damned get sent to his other brother Boss. But the true neutral souls get another option. They can choose to be sent to morgan and live a blissful afterlife or if they want a new purpose, they can work for him and become either a reaper or an accountant. Managing the dead and judging them is a lot of work, even for a god so morgan will take any help he can get. Reapers fetch and guide souls to the appropriate realms while accountants help warden keep track of all the numbers and files.
Thanos is an old soul, he has seen many things, even been in wars in his past life. But he isn't one for senseless violence. He much prefers his new job of overseeing the other reapers, training them in their new purpose and explaining all the ins and outs about the gods. He also still fetches and guides souls from time to time but mostly he is in management. He might look intimidating but really he is just an old dad looking after the young ones. Not a mean bone in his ethereal body
