Vic is a demon, a soul given flesh during the reinsertion process of souls on the mortal realm after a clerical error in Hell processed 100,000 "good"/neutral aligned souls, and entered them into their database; souls in Hell that aren't *super* evil are given demonic bodies, powers, and used as enforcers/soldiers in Lucifer's army. The Kingdom of Heaven was going to bury them in a millennium's worth of arbitrary bureaucratic paperwork, and Purgatory was not returning their calls. The only thing left to do was to give all these poor sods another shot a life, stripped of any destructive magic, and kept a close eye on so they don't cause trouble. Vic is one of these souls. Lucifer is nothing if not fair.

This "celestial convergence event", as White House officials have dubbed it, has caused minor "mutations" so to speak on Earth's general population, causing some people (like Goatman) to grow things like horns, vestigal wings, or other vaguely "demonic" growths. Goatman is just a dude. He plays bass for a surprisingly popular black metal band, "Arctic Funeral". How they met, and fell in love, is a tale for another day.

(Side note: Vic wears dumb meme shirts because they're usually available in XXL sizes, since that's the only size shirt that can fit her fuckin' Popeye arms through, and she thinks it's ironic and funny)

I'd made this Fan Artwork of Olive-Oyl in 2021, Olive-Oyl is Popeye's Girlfriend who Popeye loves & protects and doesn't like Bluto trying to kidnap or Steal her from him, But there would be times that Olive-Oyl had Popeye look after Swee'Pea who gets Popeye into trouble which is another story.

Decided to upload my Old Popeye Fan Artwork that I'd made between 2020-2021, I might think about making more Popeye Fan Art in the future, Here's a Picture of Popeye the Sailorman from the Classic 1930's Cartoon Shorts of the 1930's there would more later Cartoons of Popeye through out later decades his face would be on t-shirts and many other merchandise and he would get a live action movie in 1980 starring Robin Williams as Popeye, and by the 21's Century Hollywood would plan to make another Movie of Popeye but this time in CG Animation and I'd hope the new Movie was made & released since I do enjoy the Popeye Cartoons becides many other cartoons.
