Hudson is racing a 1955 Chrysler 300 during his days of auto racing before his big accident in 1954 judging by this picture Doc was trying to stay ahead of this car knowing that he could face retirement but ended up crashing anyway and would later end up living the rest of his life in Radiator Springs until Lightning Mc.
