A stalwart little bug has emerged from the Resilient Amber! It grows into a rather ferocious flying 'Mon after gaining a few levels!

Sick and tired of their tails being cut off, the Slowpoke of Urzavos evolved to drop their fatty tails soon after birth. Walking upright, they have adopted a foul temper and drive to live in tighter-knit groups.

When resting in rivers or hot springs to soothe their many wounds from fights, however, the stub of their tail still attracts other Mons who wish to eat them.

A brand-new fossil has been discovered in Urzavos!

Thankfully the field researchers and paleontologists were able to recover an INTACT specimen!

Buzzing Behemoths

Where these 'Mons dwell, wildflowers flourish.

While the small 'Mons are very docile by nature, they are ardent defenders of their hive's queen-- Not that she needs the help. They often drift from meadow to meadow in a specific rotation, and can travel up to 8 kilometers in a single day.

These 'Mons are swift attackers with moves such as Attack Order, Pollen Puff, Dragon Darts, and Dragon Dance.

Cave Crocs
A weird amalgamation of moss and flesh, these creatures skitter around in the dark, damp corners of caves. They pretend to be sopping wet cave refuse, then lunge from the shadows in ambush.

These scummy Mons tend to infiltrate the groups of others that have good cohesion and undermine them. Their throat contains a venom that is oftentimes ineffective, unless it's right after a large meal.

This mon was made after a post that showed how Yungoose and Mabosstiff had a lot of similarities and some interesting theming around them. I thought it would be nifty if I threw in a 'dirty cop/shifty salesmen' into their mix. I followed some of their design notes too; normal types, brown, early route mons.

Even in the coldest reaches of Urzavos, life thrives-- Especially when these 'Mons have learned to use the discarded fur of their mortal enemies to survive.

These are a rare encounter to fish up while still using Basic Bait from the Trusty Rod! However, if you have Boreal Bait, it is much more common.

It is a bulky and defensive mon, knowing such moves as Close Combat, Aqua Jet, Wild Charge, and Fissure.

Haunted Harvestmen - Hayboo and Effighast!

Hayboo love to hide in old, rotting hay as it protects them from the sun, which they're not fully used to.

Effighast are a familiar sight in the farmer's fields of Urzavos. Not only do they shoo away pesky Bug and Flying type 'Mons that would destroy crops, they have a keen sense to what crops are thriving and withering.

These 'Mons tend to be bulky special attackers. These Mons know moves such as Will-o-Wisp, Hex, Sunny Day and Solar Beam.

Cognitive Cnidarians - Psyalii, Dusynap, and Injelligent!

The Water Starters of Urzavos!

Slow to warm up to its trainer, Psyalii is very skittish and shy. It prefers to confuse foes from a distance, and will cry if approached too suddenly.

Dusynap is a quiet 'Mon that observes from a distance, analyzing its foes. It will not engage with a foe it deems beyond its skill to dispatch, and will ignore commands to do so otherwise, deeming them foolish.

Cold and calculating, Injelligent will not hesitate to bring down a foe by any means necessary. It often times itself to see just how fast it can dispatch its opponents, and often treats battling like solving a puzzle

These 'Mons are powerful special attackers, at the cost of the rest of their stats. They know moves such as Psycho Cut, Hydro Pump, Acid Armor, and Wring Out. It's signature move is called Synapse Snap. The user overloads the opponent with psychic power, and has a 30% chance to paralyze the opponent.

Bug Mons that become sick and use up the last of their remaining energy to build a cocoon for themselves... Though their bodies have withered away, their spirit lives on.
