_🎵programmed to work and not to feel~🎵_ Hi, hello! obligatory newbie post! I'm trying a lot of new websites right now because I kinda hate Instagram and miss old D.A, so I'm seeing what this all is about. any advice would be appreciated, ty!

idk why i called it that but that's its title! i think it just seems like a nickname for a bridge or something? for all i know it might be aNYWAY ATLAS DRAWING LETS GOOOO my little edgelord This is one of those drawings that i think really benefits from being cell shaded? like usually i just do cell shading because it's faster, but i feel like this piece really channels it. it's pretty cool. I like the tinted colors/enviromental stuff, i like the bright green to contrast the dark, desaturated blues. i like the general shapes- I like that i got to play with forced perspective!! which i think i still need to practice on but im still happy with what it is.

But that's something I want to work on this year! I want to make one finished drawing a month and finish a sketchbook by the end of 2024. because I finished my current sketchbook last week, and it took me nearly 3 years! so. looking to up the ante a little bit and try some new things!

weee skateboard design stuff! I love designing skateboards. the ✨ ~ lore ~ ✨ is that this is a design Spaz made for him on his birthday. this is probably gonna be the main design for Sawyer's board. I'll make some others but they're gonna be way simpler and also traffic themed bc cool. I went with lineless bc I hadn't in a minute and I thought the contrast of this one would work well with it. I've drawn a couple of these majestic god-like cyclops star-making space women before. they're fairly easy and pretty, what can I say? oh i also used a template from [boardpusher.com](https://www.boardpusher.com/help/design-tips-templates) to help w placement and aspect ratio! highly recommended :3

posting stuff to catch back up to speed! but i dont think this was posted anywhere? so, i dunno if that matters really. so my [last post](https://inkblotapp.page.link/o1F8hTtiGCcGrcfe8) was a bunch of rat designs, Yahtzee was one of em- but I wanted her spots to look like a five-dice face, and the original ref doesnt show that off fantastically, so drew this to show it off. I also wanted an excuse to experiment with a new shading technique. gotta love an overdramatic drawing of an otherwise inconsequential character!

I tried to go for more realistic-looking rats, kinda like Warrior Cat rules: is it correct? no. but is it straight-up magic? also no! yknow? i love them dearly. im curious which ones yall like best? im partial to Prada and Yatzee.
