I am currently working on a weeds/ wildflower project and this is one of my studies of rosebay willowherb. I am working on simpl, yet recognisable designs so I can print them on postcards.
Rosebay willowherb is considered a weed because it can thrive in a lot of conditions and it is hard to get rid of once established, but it is very good for pollinators like bees, moths and butterflies!I am currently working on a weeds/ wildflower project and this is one of my studies of rosebay willowherb. Sorry for being absent, I got sick right after visiting my family in my homecountry.
Anyway, this is a quick sketch of a mango chai that I had. I have never done food illustration of any kind before, so this was fun!Sorry for being absent, I got sick right after visiting my family in my homecountry. For my unis art fair I made a zine about German fairy tales and this is one of the illustrations I made for it. It's about the Heinzelmännchen, little creatures that used to come at night and do all your work for you until someone put out a trap for them and they fled the city. It's one of my favourite stories from my hometown of Cologne.

As part if my uni project I looked into making seamless patterns and it worked so well! It's actually really easy to do on Photoshop!
I feel like this one would work well on wrapping paper, napkins, Notebooks and maybe even as a fun fabric!

My final hand-in for this academic year is less than two weeks away and I am *stressed*.
I can't belive that my first year at uni is comming to a close, I feel like I only just started! On the other side I am excited to relax more and work more on personal projects soon!My final hand-in for this academic year is less than two weeks away and I am *stressed*.
