This was mostly done in 2021 but I was never really content with it, so I tinkered with it some more this week. It might be the most Pissed Off Girls art I've made. I don't really talk about whatever thought goes into what I draw, but I do often think about the value inherent in anger, particularly in its ability to remove you from a bad situation, and its taboo nature in the hands of women. One can argue about how sustainable rage is, and make trite comments about not getting burned, but it _will_ keep you warm when everything else has failed you.
A lot has been said about lotus blossoms rising up from mud as a symbol of pure thought and clarity, so make of their inverted presence here what you will.
