I made this earlier this year back in July when I got back into SCP and reread SCP-3999 :D! James Talloran is one of my favorite characters in the SCP Foundation and has been for years but this is the only fanart I've drawn of him sadly ;-; My favorite aspect of 3999 was how it was just... endless looping so I wanted to draw that somehow :"D I think I got what I wanted on paper! Or as close to it as I could at the time at least XD The different colored ties were just something I just kind of put there outta nowhere because I wanted there to be an indication that its Talloran at different points (Red = Future, Blue = Present, Green = Past) I don't know if it was a good decision but I think it looks good this way :D!
