Each of the forms represents an aspect of the powers the ancient heroes had.

**Wand Beast** = _The sheer arcane power of the Red witch causing her magic to gain sentience as a beast_

**Trident Beast** =_The Inner Oceans lord's ability with the trident and his ugly personality_

**Dagger Beast** = _the only faerie who chose to fight alongside the six other heroes with his rare dagger made out of the bones of a demon and his unnatural affinity with darkness and shadow magic_

All of their essence are captured and stored into the polymorph engine so when the hollow earth and the Over-world is threatened once more, a certain person will be chosen to wield it and possess the powers of these legendary heroes once more to protect the two worlds from calamity.
