Dr. Norstrom is a parapsychologist for the SCP Foundation. They used to think they were psychic so they got into parapsychology, but turns out they are able to pick up subtle patterns and changes really well. Or... perhaps there is a little bit more than just pattern finding. They have a great understanding of the mind and are extremely empathetic.

Munin, The Keeper of Memories, is a multi-dimensional/multi-universal being. They don't belong to the SCP universe but if they did, they would likely be within the Wander's Library. If you bring Munin an offering, something small and personal, they can take away one horrible memory.
