this was one of those color palette challenge things, which btw is SO MUCH MORE FUN when you do it with pixel art. this was mostly experimental, primarily with dithering. it's also my profile picture as of posting this!
Ice cream shoppe is the actual name of the palette. I got it from lospec. super nice colors, I'd recommend giving it a shot! just go check out lospec in general, actually. pretty much every color palette I use in aseprite was found from there.
