also this was my first doodle of 2023!! i think this is a redraw of something that i draw like two or three times per year bc when i showed this to lin, they said they saw this like 5 times already. i think they are right. this is the DEFINITIVE EDITION. of this sketch

blue (right) and pen (left) have a weird complicated relationship. scientist x experiment but also theyre like divorced but pen is still blue's doctor and they still care about each other a lot. blue is touchy and friendly but kind of aloof, and pen is very crabby and snarky and mean but they arguably care a whole lot more. im really insane about them, thank u for reading
