In the south, for the raiders, it is common to have a representation of the death somewhere during missions or on their uniforms. It is a way of showing gratefulness and welcome death if she ever choose to come for them, it's a way of making sure she will be kind and gentle when she comes.
In the other factions on the contrary, having a representation of any kind of her is bad luck, as it's like asking her to come visit.
